as a guide only and may be subject to change without notice.
- School holidays and long weekend bookings require a deposit of 40% for Villas & 50% for Sites.
- All other bookings outside of school holidays and long weekends must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking, otherwise the booking will lapse after 7 days.
- Deposits can be made via phone using Mastercard or Visa.
- No Refunds on Cancellations for Christmas or Easter holidays.
- Cancellations received in writing at least 4 weeks prior to other bookings will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
- Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if you shorten your stay.
- The balance of the tariff must be paid in full on arrival.
- Check in: after 2.00pm. Check out: no later than 10.00am.
- Cleaning fee can be charged if the accommodation is not left in a reasonable condition.
- Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site, van or villa number if necessary after booking.
- Sorry, no pets.
