as a guide only and may be subject to change without notice.
- Christmas & Easter bookings require a deposit of 40% for Villas & 100% for Sites. No Refunds on Cancellations.
- All bookings must
be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking,
otherwise the booking will lapse after 14 days
- Deposits can be made via phone using
Mastercard or Visa or by cheque
- The balance of the tariff must be
paid in full on arrival. Sorry no refunds can be made
if you shorten your stay
- Check in: after 2.00pm. Check out:
no later than 10.00am
- Cleaning fee can be charged if the
accommodation is not left in a reasonable condition
- Sorry, no pets
- No refunds on cancellations for Christmas
or Easter holidays. Cancellations received in writing
at least 4 weeks prior to other bookings will be refunded
less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified
less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the
deposit
- Tariffs and deposits are not refundable
if you shorten your stay
- Management reserves the right to
relocate or change the site, van or villa number if necessary
after booking.
