Above rates are given as a guide only and may be subject to change without notice.
School holidays and long weekend bookings require a deposit of 40% for Villas & 50% for Sites.
All other bookings outside of school holidays and long weekends must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking, otherwise the booking will lapse after 7 days.
Deposits can be paid via phone using Mastercard or Visa.
No Refunds on Cancellations for Christmas or Easter holidays.
Cancellations received in writing at least 4 weeks prior to other bookings will be refunded less a $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
The balance of the tariff must be paid in full on arrival.
Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if you shorten your stay.

Additional costs – we reserve the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, excess rubbish removal, additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkouts, lost keys, item theft or repairs and damage to the property.
Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site, van or villa number if necessary after booking.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy – We understand the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the potential impact on travel. If you are required to cancel your booking, due to COVID-19 restrictions, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit, valid for 12 months, equal to the amount paid should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay.
You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID-19
You are directed to self-isolate
You are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test or
A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued which means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.
Any difference in price between cancelled and revised booking will need to be paid. Current pricing on the date booking is changed will apply. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to COVID-19 Cancellation Policy, the guest will need to contact Diamond Beach Holiday Park direct on 02 6559 2910.
To utilise this cancellation policy a guest must:
Have made their booking directly with the park, and
Provide proof to the park of COVID-19 impact as listed above.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the usual terms and conditions.
