Above rates are given as a guide only and may be subject to change without notice. 

  • School holidays and long weekend bookings require a deposit of 40% for Villas & 50% for Sites.
  • All other bookings outside school holidays and long weekends must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking.
  • Deposits can be paid via phone using Mastercard or Visa. Surcharge of 1.8% applies for online bookings. 
  • No Refunds on Cancellations for Christmas or Easter holidays.
  • Cancellations received in writing at least 4 weeks prior to other bookings will be refunded less a $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
  • The balance of tariff must be paid in full on arrival.
  • Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if you shorten your stay.
  • No cancellation or refund for early departure due to inclement weather.
  • Check in: after 2.00 pm. Check out: Strictly 10.00 am. Charges apply for late check-out!
  • Additional costs – we reserve the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkouts, lost keys, item theft or repairs and damage to the property.
  • A $200 cleaning fee applies for excess rubbish removal, deoderising if guests have been smoking in cabins, pets found to be in cabins or if cabins are left unnecessarily dirty.
  • Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site, van or villa number if necessary after booking.
  • Behaviour – Any offensive language, physical or verbal abuse, or aggressive behaviour towards park patrons or the Diamond Beach Holiday Park Team, will not be tolerated. Your stay will be immediately terminated, and you will be asked to leave without a refund. Diamond Beach Holiday Park has ZERO tolerance for unacceptable behaviour.
